You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Punters Club Hero service. To cancel your Direct Debit, go to “Details”, then “Manage Direct Debit” and then remove the direct debit link. If you cancel your Direct Debit, you will no longer be able to Enter the Round for your Punters Club, unless you establish an alternative payment method.

Quick Answers
Once you’ve joined your club with your HOT Bet account, ensure you’ve made your first deposit with HOT Bet. Using a Debit Card will automate your Club payments.
If it’s not your turn to bet this Round or you are sharing the punting this round, tap the “Enter Round” button.
Enter the Betting Round by Copying the Bettor’s Next Bets. Whenever the bets land, you’ll be notified of what they are.
If you are punting this Round, tab the Club Bet Now button to place your bets for the Club.
The Betting Round closes when a bet results. All bets and results are immediately sent to club members (email or SMS). The club dashboard and statistics pages are also updated immediately.
If betting club member(s) win they get to bet again otherwise the turn passes on to the next member(s) in line to bet.
Any winnings from bets placed on behalf of the Punters Club are immediately distributed into the personal HOT Bet accounts each Member at the conclusion of the Betting Round.

Go to Details > Manage Direct Debit
Select to cancel the Direct Debit on the card you wish to update
At the commencement of the next Betting Round, you will be prompted to deposit when you navigate to your HOT Bet account from Punters Club Hero
Select Debit Card
Enter your new card details and make a manual payment.
The new Card will be used for future Direct Debit contributions into the Club
To see who has paid in the current round go to: Details > Club Members
Check their Action/Status (last column of the Club Members table).
INACTIVE members have either forgotten to pay or their automatic debit card payment was unsuccessful.
When they make a successful payment, they will be able to Enter Betting Round.
The betting changes for 4 reasons. If any one of these reasons is true, then the turn will change to the next person.
Profit – If the member(s) do not achieve the return/profit required per the club rules, the change will turn to the next person. Refer to Details > Club Rules.
Turnover – the member(s) must turnover the minimum amount. This amount is displayed on the Home dashboard under the member’s name where it says Betting Now.
Financial – If the player whose turn it is to bet has not paid for the current round, they will not be able to place the club bet.
Club Rules – If the Club Rule requires the turn to be changed regardless of profit, then the betting turn will change regardless of the above points.
The Club Manager can change the betting order at any time including the current person whose turn it is to bet.
The Club Manager goes to Manage > Betting Order to do this.
The CLUB BET now button is in the top right hand side of the screen.
If you see a green BET NOW button then the system is indicating that it is not your turn to bet.
Refer to Why did the turn change? to better understand why this is the case.
More funds in betting account
If a profit has been made, the funds stay in the club betting account until a non-profit round where they will come back to the club bank.
The bettor is only required to bet the minimum round stake if they wish to maintain the bet turn,but they can increase the stake if you wish.
If you see less then expected in your betting account, it is likely that one or more of your members have not paid for the current round.
Go to Who has not paid? to learn how to find out who hasn’t paid.
If it is your turn to bet for the Club, you will see an orange CLUB BET NOW button in the top right hand corner of your screen.
Click/Tap this button and you will be diverted to the club betting account where you can place your bets.
Bets can only be cancelled by HOT Bet. Please contact HOT Bet here if you wish to cancel a bet that you placed for your punters club.
If your bet was a fixed-odds racing bet, it is possible that there was a scratching after your bet was placed. In these cases, all Australian bookmakers follow a deduction scale which is applied to your winning fixed odds bet.
